If your insurance company requires a referral for a procedure or specialist, please call the referral line.
Note: It is the patient's responsibility to obtain referral authorization before visiting a specialist.
Please allow 72 hours for completion of your referral and recognize that no referral, unless emergent, will be completed on the same day, unless the coordinator’s work schedule allows her to do so. Most referrals are managed over the phone, and upon completion will be faxed to the appropriate physician/specialist.
We will do our best to accommodate all of our patients to ensure all insurance requirements have been satisfied.
